Ok. HELLO EVERYONE. AND WELCOME. This is it.

This is a bold move from me ~ made with care, intention, and a lot of love for this community.

I truly believe our industry needs spaces that feel human again.
Spaces where we can talk honestly about what works, what doesn’t, what hurts, and what helps us move forward — without pressure, gatekeeping, or pretending everything is perfect.

After years of working, teaching, mentoring, and navigating creative and tech industries myself, I’ve seen the same patterns again and again:

talented people feeling lost, beginners overwhelmed, professionals burned out, important conversations never really happening..

So I decided to take the lead and create something different.

How to Survive in the Industry

Every week, I’ll be hosting a live stage inside Discord with industry veterans, professionals, and experts — creating a soft, safe, and welcoming space to talk, listen, ask questions, and learn from real experiences.

We’ll talk about:

  • real career paths

  • projects and failures

  • tech art, 3D, Unreal, games

  • creative and tech industries as a whole

  • how to survive, adapt, and grow

All in one place.

How it works

  • Live sessions happen inside Discord

  • Each week we’ll have a guest from the industry

  • Questions and portfolio reviews are curated

  • Updates, guests, and access are announced here in the newsletter

If you can’t attend live — that’s completely fine.
Each session will be recorded and uploaded to YouTube, so you can watch it later.

This week’s session

  • Platform: Discord

  • Day: Friday

  • Time & guest: announced soon here in the newsletter

To participate live, the first step is to join Discord — the access link will be shared here.

I’m doing this because I care deeply about this industry and the people in it.
I know how lonely and confusing it can feel, especially when you’re trying to find your place or move to the next level.

This is my way of giving back — and building something meaningful together.

Thank you for being here.

Elena
